| Regardless of where you purchased your item, we are happy to appraise it for you. We offer replacement cost appraisals, fair market value appraisals and estate appraisals. Every appraisal includes a list of our appraiser's qualifications as well as a picture of the item, a description and its current value. |

| On all orders over $500 we offer 2 free, no-interest, layaway options. You can choose to pay for your items over the course of 3 months or 6 months. Your credit card will automatically be charged on the 25th of every month for the period of 3 months or 6 months, or if the 25th is on the weekend, it will be charged on the next available business day. You can cancel your layaway order within 15 days of the original purchase date and receive a full refund of your first payment. If you have any more questions, feel free to contact us anytime.
Interested in using one of our New Zero-Interest Layaway Plans? We have 2 options for you: a 3-month payment period or a 6-month payment period. Each month you will contacted requesting you make an additional payment for your purchase. Once its fully paid for, it will be shipped for free to you insured USPS.

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, all merchandise offered online is also offered for sale in our retail store. There is a small chance that the item you purchased online is no longer available because it was purchased in the store. If the item you purchased online has already been purchased in the retail store you will be issued a full refund. When you place an order online, your item is pulled from the floor during business hours or within 1 business day of the time of purchase. We can not guarantee that any item purchased online is still available. |

| Your utmost satisfaction with your purchase is our top priority. For that reason, we offer a NO HASSLE return policy. Notify us of your intention to return the item within three (3) days of receipt. You may contact us by email or by telephone. We ask that you ship back to us with the Refund Number written on the box within another two (2) days after we receive notification from you. As soon as we receive the item we will happily refund your money in full with no questions asked.
Sorry. Modified, damaged or altered items cannot be accepted for return. (That includes rings that have been resized)
Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will refund the purchase price excluding the cost of shipping and insurance (if charged). We stand by every item as stated that we present for sale. The refund will be in the same form as the original payment.
Unfortunately, if the piece is not to your complete satisfaction there is no negotiation for a partial refund.
We do our best to ship all items with the utmost care and following the procedures set forth by the Unites States Postal Service. We ship all our items insured, so if you do receive your merchandise damaged please contact us within 24 hours upon receipt of the package. We will provide any required information you need to pursue the matter with the United States Postal Service following their insurance claim policies.
To return an item you must contact us directly at Help@SomewhereInTimeFineJewelry.com or at 1-866-557-3876 (1-866-55RETRO) to get a return order number. Do not simply ship back your item. No returns will be accepted without a proper return order number. For any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. |

| Most modern rings in the store come in multiple sizes and can be requested in a different size than the standard size 6 for women or size 10 for men. Please contact us for more information on any jewelry we have in the store and we'll happily check what sizes are available for you. All vintage, antique and estate pieces are unique come only in the size listed and you will need to purchase the ring resizing service if you need these rings in a different size. |

| Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 5:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock and still available for purchase. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Somewhere In Time Fine Jewelry or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
All items are shipped from our store located at 2832 State Street, Carlsbad, CA and MUST be shipped to the billing address. Any orders placed with shipping addresses different than the billing address will be canceled. Thank you for your understanding. All items are carefully wrapped and placed in appropriate sized boxes. Free ground shipping is offered on all orders over $500. Our Free Shipping option ships via USPS, insured with delivery confirmation. We insure for the entire value of the items. This is the safest and most reliable shipping method available. If you would like expedited shipping or feel more comfortable using a different service, we also offer the option of purchasing FedEx shipping on any orders.

| There is no expiration date of your store credit and may be used at anytime. Store credit is not exchangeable for cash and has no cash value. Store credit may be used for online purchases or for purchases at our Carlsbad, California retail store. |

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
We strive to be accurate in our descriptions of jewelry for sale on our website. However, typos, misspellings and errors are bound to occur. If you would like to confirm the description, please contact us anytime. We are not liable for any misinformation provided in any of our descriptions. If you purchase an item that has misinformation pertaining to carat weight or karat weight or is a gross misrepresentation of the item, we will provide you with a full refund. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your purchase so we may immediately remedy the error. |
